We are committed to creating an inclusive and brave space for our staff, families, volunteers and, especially, the youth we serve. We strive to build a place where all voices can be heard and where we can challenge each other and grow together. We will continue to evaluate, and make necessary changes to our practices, policies, and programs to ensure they support a diverse, anti-racist, and equitable environment where all can be their authentic selves. We will advocate for our youth, amplify their voices, and provide resources to help them become leaders in the communities we live and work in.
