Be a Career Advisor
- Visit our Clubhouse to talk to our girls about your career & college experience.
- Host a field trip at your place of employment for our middle school and teen girls so they can learn more about career possibilities.
Be a Volunteer
Volunteer once a week, or once a year. Our Club appreciates the support our professional volunteers provide for our staff and kids. Volunteer opportunities include:
- Assist a program director in our gym, education lab or arts room.
- Join an event committee
- Recruit friends and coworkers to assist our staff with yard work, snow removal and general facility cleaning
Be a College Sponsor
Individuals and businesses are invited to consider creating a college scholarship fund at the Boys & Girls Club of Worcester, and select a Club member who will be attending college as the recipient.
Be a Donor
The Boys & Girls Club of Worcester is the largest youth development agency in Central Massachusetts, and requires financial support from the community in order to provide the programs and services to 8,000+ youth each year. We only charge a $25 membership fee for our kids ($10 for the outreach sites), but it costs approximately $600 per member to provide our impact-proven programs each year. Our supporters invest in us because our kids make good choices, do well in school, stay out of gangs, acquire healthy habits, gain job skills, develop their ability to lead and do their part to build a strong community for years to come.
